Staff Pick
Shelly Laurenston/G. A. Aiken consistently produces paranormal romance that manages to be both heartwarming and totally bonkers. ZeZe' Vargas doesn't know he's a cat until he kidnaps Max, but after seeing her shred a team of henchmen, he realizes that the world he once knew was only a facade. In fact, Max and her family are honey badgers. Aggressively loyal and nearly unkillable, the MacKilligan sisters are some of my favorite characters of all time. This may or may not be the final honey badger book in the series, so go back to the beginning and read all three at once for maximum enjoyment. Recommended By McKenzie W., Powells.com
